Only 11% of Canadians sleep through the night and many will turn to over-the-counter, medicinal products as a remedy, but getting consistently great sleep isn't about what you take, it's about what you do. So, to prove that regular exercise can lead to more zzz's, we re-wrote a series of famous lullabies and released them as digital radio during World Sleep Month.
